surprisingly quiet and convenient
good room size ample space numerous sockets qr code service
the room was a good size with plenty of space for luggage, which i appreciated. i found many plug sockets, a big plus, and i liked that the window actually opened to let in fresh air. ordering extra pillows and towels via qr code was so cool (it reminded me of deliveroo!). the maids who serviced the rooms were friendly too.
the reception staff sometimes seemed a bit preoccupied with their computers and phones.

plug sockets tube station
The room had plenty of plug sockets! it was nice having a window that opened so i could let in fresh air. proximity to the southwark tube station is really convenient as it's very close. i liked scanning a qr code to order pillows and towels. It felt very modern.
The reception staff were not always attentive. Sometimes they were looking at their computers.
